Copyright
The website is owned by Peter Hanmer. Please be aware that Mr Hanmer holds all rights to all artwork that appears on this website including sold and unsold originals, commissions etc. Without his written permission his artwork cannot be resold or reproduced for profit.
Accreditation is given when appropriate, such as photo credits.
Orders and Pricing
The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website.
All orders are subject to our approval. Purchase offers are only accepted when goods orders are dispatched by Peter Hanmer and not before.
We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification. All goods are priced in GBP.
Order acknowledgement
Once you have placed an order you will be sent an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In such an event we will attempt to notify you and the reason why vie the email provided in your order.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to fulfil your order immediately. We will inform you with details of any delays or issues there may be. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order. Any payments already made will be refunded.
Responsibility of the customer
All information given on your order form must be complete and accurate. If information given by the customer is incomplete or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter.
Website errors, inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or commissions that may relate to artwork or product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or commissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Deliveries
We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although sometimes this may take up to 7 days. Where the customer has ordered add on items such as a custom Perspex Display Case, constructed by a third party company the order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving the item in question. However, this may take up to 7 days; please see online store for more details.
UK deliveries
All orders within in the UK are delivered for free. Delivery time varies on the item in questions, delivery details of individual items can be found in the online store
An email will be sent to keep you informed about when your order will be dispatched.
International deliveries
Internationally each piece is priced according to its individual destination. Get in contact before purchasing for details.
Please note, all shipment times outside of the UK are estimates only. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the item has left the premises or the inability to deliver to the address provided.
Any issues with regards to delivery must be raised within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Shipping rates vary depending on weight.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your piece or have a change of heart, we offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Please email before returning your purchase include your name, order reference, postal address and reason for return. Postage instructions will be sent to you on receipt of your email. Once the items have arrived back with me in their original undamaged condition, I aim to process your refund within 5 working days - customer pays return shipping.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost during the return shipping. Please make sure the correct postage is paid as any returns sent with incorrect postage may not reach us and the refund will not be completed.
Damaged Goods
If an item is damaged on delivery, it should be returned to us. Contact us by email. Any damage to the item should be clearly indicated. You will be refunded for the cost incurred in returning the item.
If it’s a repairable artwork that has been damaged and you still want the item once it is repaired note this in your email. Otherwise your purchase will be refunded on its return.
Wrong items ordered
If you have ordered the incorrect item, you can return it, details above, the customer is liable for the costs of returning goods.
Incorrect items sent
If we have sent you a wrong item, please contact us by e-mail, you will be refunded any postal charges that you incur sending these items back to us, and we will refund the goods.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
